Ladies & gents,

I need my Avid Elixir CR brakes serviced. Sticky piston, won't retract properly into the caliper - after stripping, cleaning & bleeding I have come to the conclusion that what this needs is a rebuild kit, new O-rings, and maybe new pistons.

Any clues to competent shops in the Klang Valley which can work on these brakes and (more importantly) get hold of the rebuild kits?

Can't give you a list of shops that could do this, never had to go through the experience.

Check with the distributor for the rebuild kits - Gin Huat.
Also their branch, Specialized shop in Kota Damansara. They got parts for Avid there.

Or you may try your luck at e-bay. Found this

e-bay elixir caliper kit. Piston not included though.

send it to Specialized in Kota damansara. I serviced mine there.
